Job Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about helping people and solving problems. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in providing a positive experience with GoShopBlack.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely manne
Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information about our platform
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience
Responsibilities
1+ year of experience in customer support or a related role
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with helpdesk tools and CRM systems is a plus
